DDX Precision at Sim Gaming Expo with Simucube
From September 18 to 20, two DDX Precision simulators ran in the Simucube booth at Sim Gaming Expo in Chicago. Thank you to everyone who took a turn in the seat, asked hard questions, and came back for another drive.
Why we were in Simucube's booth
DDX treats the force feedback steering wheel as the heart of a racing simulator, and we selected the Simucube 3 because we regard it as the industry benchmark for responsive, reliable, high-quality force feedback. Our close relationship and low-level SC-API integration allow DDX to coordinate steering, pedal, and motion feedback as one time-aligned cueing system.
The partnership runs both ways. Completed in April 2026, the DDX Precision at Simucube headquarters in Tampere is used for visitor demonstrations, internal testing and development, and events.
What you felt
DDX Precision delivers the core DDX experience in a smaller, quieter, lower-priced package. It uses the same Dynamo and PreActiv software as DDX Prime.
Much of what drivers notice comes down to timing. DDX motion delivers latency performance up to 10x better than traditional systems.*
